Professional session booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Digital materials are accessible immediately after purchase. Physical items are shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation.

Payment Terms

Fees are stated in local currency and collected by third party processors. You must ensure payment details are accurate. Any processing fees charged by third party providers are your responsibility.

Reimbursement Policy

Professional Services

Requests for reimbursement of professional sessions must be submitted in writing via Contact Form within 7 days of billing. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 3 days before the scheduled date. Sessions that have commenced or materials that have been delivered are not eligible for reimbursement due to the tailored nature of our work. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.

Digital Materials

If digital learning modules remain unused, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a request, contact us at +14167937745 or via Contact Form. Once eligibility is confirmed, reimbursement to the original payment method will occur within 14 business days and access to materials will be revoked upon approval.

Physical Items

Physical products may be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. You must contact us via Contact Form before sending items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once goods are received and inspected, we will process reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Reimbursable Offerings

Certain bespoke research and expedited processing services are non-reimbursable due to resource allocation. Such services will be clearly marked at the time of purchase with a notice of non-reimbursement.
